Stealing A Glance is a song about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. It's about that terrible feeling in your gut when you know what you're doing - a life of solitude and seclusion - isn’t serving you anymore; but finding new energy means putting yourself out there - and nothing scares you more than that. It's a challenge to myself - and anyone who knows it's time for a change - to get out there and make it happen for themselves! It comes at an interesting time, when that is not necessarily possible at the moment; for the health of our population, solitude is now encouraged. But as that energy of the song builds and builds, it creates all the more reason to look forward to the day we can come together again - and to live differently once we can, with more openness to others - and vulnerability in letting our guards down.
